fees & insurance

If we are in-network with your policy, we will check your deductible (the amount you have to pay out of pocket before services are covered; some plans don’t have a deductible for mental health services and some do) and your co-pay (the amount you pay out of pocket per session, often ranging from $0-$60). Your insurance company then covers the rest of the cost.
You should also review your plan and call your insurance to confirm coverage of services, deductibles, etc.

You have the right to receive a 'Good Faith Estimate' outlining how much your mental health care will cost.
Under the law, mental health care providers must give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using their insurance an estimate of their expected charges for psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 3 business days before your scheduled service. You can also ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Remember to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information, visit the CMS No Surprises Act website or call 1-800-985-3059.
